Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality design services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please
review our refund policy below.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project completion.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of why our services did not
meet your expectations.
- Refunds are only available for projects where work has not yet commenced or in cases of
significant failure to deliver promised services.
- If work has already begun on your project, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work
completed.
- Custom design work that has been approved and delivered is generally not eligible for refund.
- Revision requests do not qualify for refunds if the work is delivered according to the agreed
specifications.
- If we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a
full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Service fees paid to third parties (such as stock photo purchases) are non-refundable.
